Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement,” “Terms of Use”) carefully before accessing or using the gamtemplates.com website (the “Site”), operated by Martina medija d.o.o. (“Martina medija,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), located at Banje selo 8, 10380 Sveti Ivan Zelina, Croatia.

By accessing, Browsing, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

1. Product Downloads, Updates, and Support (Subscription-Based)

Your purchase of any template from Gamtemplates.com constitutes an annual subscription. This subscription includes:

  • One year of access to product downloads for the purchased templates.
  • One year of free product updates, ensuring you always have the latest versions and features.
  • One year of basic technical support.
  • For “Ultimate Creative Template Bundle” Subscribers: If you’ve purchased our Ultimate Creative Template Bundle, your annual subscription also includes free access to all new creative templates released by us within your active subscription period. This ensures you continuously expand your creative arsenal with our latest innovations.

Automatic Renewal & Continuation: Your subscription will automatically renew annually, ensuring uninterrupted access to your templates, updates, and support. Cancellation: You may manually cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain the right to use the templates you have already downloaded, but you will no longer have access to new file downloads, future updates, or technical support after the current subscription period expires. To regain these benefits, you would need to reactivate your subscription.

2. Template Licensing Policy

Our templates are designed to empower publishers and media entities. However, to ensure fair use and protect our intellectual property, specific licensing terms apply:

2.1. Permitted Use:

  • A single template license is granted for use by one distinct business entity or publisher.
  • If a publisher operates multiple websites under the same legal entity (e.g., “24sata d.o.o.” managing 24sata.hr and their other domains under a single GAM account), one license covers the use of the purchased template across all such websites owned and operated by that single entity within their GAM account.
  • You are granted access to the template’s source code and are free to modify it to suit your specific needs. Please note that extensive modifications may affect our ability to provide full support for the altered template (see Section 3).

2.2. Usage limitations and prohibitions:

  1. Sharing Among Separate Entities (even within a single GAM account): If a single Google Ad Manager (GAM) account is shared or utilized by multiple distinct business entities or publishers (e.g., three separate legal entities sharing one GAM account), each individual business entity or publisher must purchase its own separate license for the template. This ensures that every distinct operating entity properly licenses our products.
  2. Yield Companies & GAM MCM Partners: Our templates are strictly not licensed for purchase and direct use by Yield Companies, Google Ad Manager Multi-Customer Management (MCM) partners, or similar ad optimization firms for distribution across their network of represented publishers under a single license.
    • Yield companies MAY use our templates ONLY on behalf of publishers who have individually purchased our templates.
    • Alternatively, a Yield Company may purchase licenses for each of its client publishers individually. For bulk purchases covering multiple distinct client publishers, please contact us at [email protected] for potential volume discounts.
    • This policy applies to ALL Yield companies and Google Partner firms listed on Google’s official partner directory (e.g., https://www.google.com/ads/publisher/partners/find-a-partner/).
  3. Reselling, Sublicensing, or Unauthorized Distribution: You may not sublicense, resell, assign, convey, transfer, share, or otherwise distribute the purchased template or its source code to any other business entity, publisher, or third party without the explicit prior written consent of Martina medija d.o.o. The license is exclusively for the purchaser’s internal use as defined above.

3. Support Policy

Our dedicated technical support for GAM templates is primarily delivered via email at [email protected], with flexible options for more direct communication available as needed.

  1. Scope of Support: We offer support for:
    • Template installation within your GAM account.
    • General usage of the template, including guidance on variables and features.
    • We provide comprehensive documentation with each template, including detailed import instructions, usage guides, and a list of variables.
    • Crucially, each template also comes with a dedicated “Sales Document” – a valuable resource offering key insights and talking points designed to help your sales teams effectively present and sell these dynamic ad formats to your advertisers.
  2. Exclusions from Support: We do not offer support for:
    • Google Publisher Tag (GPT) installation on your website.
    • General Google Ad Manager (GAM) platform usage (e.g., setting up line items, orders, or broader GAM configurations not directly related to template import/usage).
    • Troubleshooting issues arising from custom modifications made to the template’s source code by the user.
  3. Response Time: We strive to respond to all support tickets within two (2) business days. Our usual response time is within 24 hours during standard business hours.

4. Free Tools and Utilities

In addition to our premium GAM templates, Martina medija d.o.o. proudly offers a suite of free, user-friendly tools designed to further assist publishers and ad traffickers in their daily workflows. These tools are available to all users of gamtemplates.com at no charge, aiming to simplify creative preparation and enhance your ad campaigns.

Please note that while these tools are provided as a free service, their use is subject to the general terms outlined in this Agreement (specifically, Sections on Warranty and Liability).

Our free tools include:

  • Image Resizer (https://www.gamtemplates.com/image-resizer/): A powerful yet intuitive online tool that allows you to easily resize and crop images to precise dimensions, with a live visual preview of your creative within standard IAB or any other formats. Simplify your image optimization for any ad placement.
  • Video Resizer (https://www.gamtemplates.com/video-resizer/): Effortlessly adjust video file dimensions to meet exact ad creative specifications. Convert your videos (e.g., from 600×600 to 300×600) quickly and efficiently without complex software.
  • Color Picker (https://www.gamtemplates.com/color-picker/): Identify and extract HEX color codes from any image or screen element. This tool is invaluable for matching brand colors or specific design elements, ensuring seamless integration with your GAM templates where HEX color inputs are required.
  • Emoji List (https://www.gamtemplates.com/emoji-list/): A convenient collection of emojis that can be easily copied and pasted directly into your GAM template text fields (e.g., CTA buttons, descriptions). Add a touch of modern, social flair to your creatives to increase engagement and visual appeal.

These tools are developed to be straightforward and highly effective for common ad creative tasks, providing practical solutions without requiring advanced design software knowledge.

5. Site Content and Intellectual Property

All content, including imagery, video, text, and code, published on the gamtemplates.com domain, including content displayed on demo pages and preview videos, is the exclusive property of Martina medija d.o.o. and is protected by copyright.

  • Proprietary Content: The preview images and videos used in our demos are created by us, often utilizing AI-generated materials, and are for demonstration purposes only. They are NOT part of the template package you download.
  • Any replication or commercial exploitation of our site content requires prior written authorization from Martina medija d.o.o. and clear referencing back to the source.

6. Warranty and Liability

Martina medija d.o.o. provides our templates “As Is” and makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind, either expressed or implied. We cannot guarantee that our templates will function flawlessly with all third-party components, plugins, or web browsers, or that they will be compatible with specific website configurations.

  • Testing Responsibility: It is your responsibility to test template functionality and browser compatibility against the provided demonstration templates and preview videos on our Site or demo servers before making a purchase.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Martina medija d.o.o. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.

7. Refunds and Exchanges

Our templates are non-tangible and irrevocable digital goods. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Refunds are provided ONLY if, with our direct technical support, we are unable to get the purchased template to function correctly on your Google Ad Manager (GAM) account as demonstrated on our Site. This excludes issues arising from incorrect GAM setup not directly related to template import.
  2. We DO NOT provide refunds if:
    • The template’s functionality or features do not ultimately suit your needs after purchase. We strongly recommend reviewing the demo, documentation, and asking any pre-purchase questions to ensure suitability.
    • You are unable to provide a preview URL with correctly installed Google Publisher Tags (GPT) for troubleshooting purposes.
    • The issue stems from unauthorized modifications you have made to the template’s source code.
  3. All other purchases are final and non-refundable. Before making a purchase, please ensure that the template you choose is suitable for your needs and that you understand its features by reviewing its description and demos.

8. Email/Newsletter Consent

By making a purchase, you agree to be contacted by Martina medija d.o.o. regarding:

  • Important announcements related to your purchased products.
  • Bug fixes and critical updates.
  • New product releases and features.
  • Promotional offers relevant to our services. You may opt-out of receiving marketing and promotional newsletters at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link provided in our emails.

9. Price Changes

Prices of all products and subscription plans are subject to change with or without notice.

10. Pricing and Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). The final price you pay will be calculated during the checkout process and will be based on the VAT laws of your country of residence.

  • EU Customers with a valid VAT number will not be charged VAT.
  • Customers from outside the European Union (e.g., United States) will not be charged VAT.

The system will automatically determine the correct VAT to apply, if any, based on the billing information you provide.

11. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will indicate when changes have been made. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
