Our templates are licensed per distinct business entity or publisher. When you purchase our templates, you're buying a license for your specific legal entity. This allows your entity to use the template across all your owned and operated websites within your GAM account. If a GAM account is shared among multiple, separate business entities, each entity must purchase its own license.

Our templates are not licensed for direct distribution by Yield Companies or GAM MCM Partners across their network of client publishers under a single purchase.

• Yield Companies may use our templates only on behalf of client publishers who have individually purchased our templates.
• Alternatively, a Yield Company can purchase individual licenses for each of its client publishers. For bulk purchases covering multiple distinct client publishers, please contact us at [email protected] for potential volume discounts. This policy applies to all Google Partner firms.

Your purchase of our templates initiates an annual subscription. This subscription grants you one year of access to:

• Product downloads for the purchased templates.
• All product updates (new versions, features, bug fixes) and new templatees.
• Basic technical support. Your subscription will automatically renew annually for uninterrupted access. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

If you cancel your subscription or it expires, you will retain the right to continue using any template versions you have already downloaded. However, you will no longer have access to new file downloads - new tempaltes, future updates, or technical support after the current subscription period ends. To regain these benefits, you would need to reactivate your subscription.

We provide technical support primarily via email at [email protected], with flexible options for more direct communication available as needed for comprehensive assistance. Our support covers:

• Template installation within your GAM account.
• General usage of the template, including variable setup and features.
• We also provide a valuable "Sales Document" with each template, offering strategic insights and talking points to help your sales teams effectively pitch and sell these ad formats to advertisers. We do not offer support for Google Publisher Tag (GPT) installation or general Google Ad Manager platform usage. We also cannot support issues arising from user-made modifications to the template code.

We strive to respond to all support inquiries within two (2) business days. Our typical response time is usually within 24 hours.

Our templates are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. We provide refunds ONLY if, with our direct technical support, we are unable to make the purchased templates function correctly on your Google Ad Manager (GAM) account as demonstrated on our Site. We DO NOT provide refunds if:

• The template's functionality or features do not suit your needs (we encourage thorough review of demos and documentation before purchase).
• You cannot provide a preview URL with correctly installed GPT tags for troubleshooting.
• The issue is due to unauthorized modifications you've made to the template's source code. All other purchases are final and non-refundable.

Yes, you have access to the template's source code and are free to modify it. However, please note that extensive modifications may affect our ability to provide full support for the altered template, as issues might stem from your custom changes rather than the original template code.

No. The preview images and videos used on our demo pages and in preview videos are for demonstration purposes only. They are our proprietary content, often utilizing AI-generated materials, and are NOT part of the template package you download. You will need to use your own creative assets.

We offer several free tools to assist you:

• Image Resizer: Easily resize and crop images with a visual preview for various IAB formats.
• Video Resizer: Adjust video dimensions to fit exact ad creative specifications.
• Color Picker: Extract HEX color codes from images for seamless integration into your templates.
• Emoji List: Copy and paste emojis to add a modern, social touch to your ad texts. These tools are available at no charge to all users of Gamtemplates.com.

We accept payments via Stripe, which supports most major credit cards. We do not directly process or store your credit card information; all transactions are handled securely by Stripe.
